GOLF COURSES & RESORTS

Water features define the character of a course. When ponds silt up, reeds take the margins and algae dulls the surface, the course loses both playability and visual impact  and mid-season maintenance is rarely an option.

Dart works with course superintendents and greenkeepers to clean and maintain water features with minimal disruption to play and turf. Our equipment operates on low-ground-pressure pontoons, preserving bank condition and surrounding irrigation lines, and we schedule work around member events and tournament calendars. 

PRIVATE ESTATES & HOAs

Estate dams and ponds are shared assets  and shared liabilities. When they silt up or fill with reeds, property values take a hit, resident complaints escalate, and trustees carry the reputational risk. Getting ahead of maintenance is cheaper and quieter than responding to a committee escalation.

Dart works with estate managers, trustees and HOA committees to plan dam maintenance around resident use, access routes agreed in advance, work hours that respect quiet times, and clear before/after documentation for the committee pack and AGM. We handle the contractor side end-to-end so trustees don't.
